Workplace

Events and programs in this section are geared towards a corporate/business setting, however all programs are fully customizable and could be implemented anywhere.

Assesment

Not sure your team is depressed, anxious or stressed.  We can implement a simple assessment that will give you a good indication of how you team is feeling on the inside.  

Mindfulness in the Workplace

The workplace wellness programs are custom designed based on an organization’s needs. Each session lasts anywhere between 30-60 minutes, and can take place either in-person or online. Organizations can choose from a single session, a program series, or an ongoing monthly workplace wellness membership based on individual needs. Programs are centered around  mindfulness, wellness, and stress relief. 

Mindfulness Exercises

Weekly mindfulness workshops delivered to your team weekly via the internet.  Great for stress reduction, focusing, and stimulating creativity in your team.

Mindfulness Moments

5 minutes focusing and stress reduction exercises sent directly to you team’s email.


Personal Discovery

The programs in this section are designed more for the private sector, whether it is 1:1 sessions or group workshops.

Group Workshops

Are you part of a group that would like to know more about mindfulness and meditation?  Groups sessions and be customized to fit your specific interests, from stress and anxiety deduction to finding your inner purpose.


Avaialble in person or remote

Personal 1:1 Sessions

We are all unique and often you want a session that is focused on your specific circumstances.  These sessions can take you on a deep dive into your thoughts and goals.
